Meet the CEO and Visionary of Adrienne's Ultimate U Hair Salons, Adrienne Mackey Tolbert. With over 30 years of experience in the hair industry, Adrienne is a seasoned professional who has built a reputation for excellence, creativity, and innovation.
Born and raised in Central Arkansas, Adrienne comes from an amazing two-parent home that instilled strong and beautiful faith within her. Her faith has given her the courage and blessing to be the owner and operator of four salons within Central Arkansas and is currently preparing to launch more. She is a mother of two amazing children and her goal is to provide an amazing life for herself, her family, and the talented individuals she works with each and every day within her fine establishments.
Adrienne's journey in the hair industry began over 30 years ago, and since then, she has been committed to building her salon empire with the goal of providing opportunities for others, just as so many mentors and friends did for her when she first started. She has created a thriving business model that not only provides high-quality services but also nurtures the careers of those who work within her salons.

Her team of professionals is comprised of some of the most talented and creative stylists, barbers, and estheticians in the industry.
